The First Visit

  • This is a 60-90 minute meeting, before which your doctor reviews your medical record in detail. We will discuss your current state of health, your wishes, and your priorities. Together, we will craft a wellness vision. This conversation will be followed by a comprehensive physical exam.

The Annual Wellness Visit

  • Every year after your initial intake, we will do an annual wellness visit. This visit is similar to the yearly physical you are used to: physical exam screenings, preventative procedures like colonoscopy, mammography, pap smear, and EKGs, vaccinations, and mental health assessment.

Acute visits

  • Life happens! Earaches, asthma exacerbations, a funny looking spot, new and unexplained symptoms, stitches, joint injections, diagnostic procedures, or wound care. These are what sick visits are for. Appointments with us are self-scheduled: no phone tree, no waiting on hold. We offer same-day, next-day, and urgent visits both in-person and via telehealth.
