We have years of experience in large academic hospitals as well as traditional primary care models, taking care of Maine’s most medically complicated patients. We know how to navigate referrals to sub-specialists and serve as your advocate in that process, until you have the answers you need.

We do not bill private insurance, so there are no surprise co-pays (medicare is the exception). We contract with labs and radiology suites to get you affordable testing, no authorizations from corporate insurers needed. A variety of modalities: telehealth, phone, office, and home visits allow us to meet our patients where they are. And our self-scheduling platform makes it simple to schedule same-day and next day appointments!

** We strongly encourage all patients to have basic health insurance to cover emergency medical care
* We do accept and bill Medicare and for that, patients will have a low co-pay, as mandated by law.
